At one point, after ringing the bell, Black didn't cause horror mode in phase 1; instead, he sings regularly. I was not able to recreate this ever since. How did I do that?

You pressed the 'P' key to toggle Phase 1 Boss.
I must've hit that key by accident while playing. Thank you!

Ringing the bell makes the bonus characters join the party for real now!!!
